Our specialty coffee..

Is grown at 2,800 to nearly 3,000 feet above sea level, a rare altitude in our tropical jurisdiction. Our location in the specific region of Rio Prieto of Yauco, possesses the perfect microclimate conditions to grow specialty coffee.

The microclimate is humid tropical...

With average annual precipitation ranging from 80 to 83 inches, and an annual temperature that ranges from 64 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit, our microclimate is ideal for the development of our beans. Our estate soils are mostly Agueybana clay, which consist of very deep, well drained, moderately permeable soils formed in residuum that derive from basalt bedrock or volcanic rock.
